Yet more changes have been made to the dates and venues of the latter stages of the Watford Observer Fourteen14 Shield and Plate following further delays in the quarter-finals being completed.

The full line-up of the last four in both competitions should be known tomorrow night as Watford Haidery A take on Watford Town A in the one remaining Shield quarter-final to be played, while Rickmansworth entertain Bushey in the last first round fixture in the Plate.

The winners of the Shield tie will meet Radlett at their ground on Wednesday in the second semi-final with the first one between Langleybury A and Abbots Langley due to take place at Met Police Bushey's Aldenham Road home, also tomorrow evening.

The delay in the Shield quarter-final being played means the organisers have decided to put the final back a week. With the cooperation of hosts Chipperfield Clarendon, this will now take place on Thursday, July 17.

The reward for the winners of the Plate tie between Rickmansworth and Bushey is a last-four clash with Kings Langley at the new venue of Watford Town on Monday.

Kings reached the semi-finals with a comfortable 89-run victory over Aldenham last night.

Batting first, an unbeaten 94 from Paul Ashford helped Langley amass 224 for three from their 14, eight-ball overs. In reply, their opponents made 135 for six.

There was an even more emphatic victory for Leverstock Green A as they beat Langleybury B by 141 runs on Friday of last week to secure a semi-final with Frogmore. This will also be played at Watford's Woodside ground on Tuesday.

Green racked up 236 for two with Kyle Claxton's 111 not out the pivotal knock. Marc Simonds crashed an 11-ball 50 and there was 37 from David Coulshed before Bury managed 95 before losing their final wicket.

There has been no revision to the date of the Plate final at Met Police Bushey on Tuesday, July 15.
