Watford will today asses the injury Gianni Munari suffered in the 4-2 win against Huddersfield Town yesterday.
The Italian midfielder limped off on the stroke of half time and head of medical Marco Cesarini said after the game it appeared the 31-year-old had pulled his hamstring.
Cesarini explained after the game: “Munari went off because he felt something in his hamstring. We’ll have to asses him tomorrow and see exactly what kind of injury it is. At the moment, it looks like a pulled hamstring.”
Munari has made six appearances for the Hornets this season and netted in the 2-0 victory at Rotherham United.
