Luke Wrathall clinched victory in Little Hay Golf Club’s Junior Club Championship while Craig Walker lifted the Junior Cup.

The two competitions were for players between the age of 11 and 18.

On the first day of the Championship, a blistering round of 79 by 15-year-old Wrathall was enough for him to lead ahead of Jamie McIvor on 81 and George Rocca on 82.

Rounds of 82 by Walker and Rocca on the second day challenged Wrathall but his second round of 83 was enough to clinch the title by two strokes.

In the Junior Cup, Walker, 15, lifted the prize with a net total of 139 strokes. Howe (141) and Rocca (142) rounded off the top three.
