Watford remain confident part of the East Stand will be open for their next home game in two weeks time and are hopeful it will be fully complete a fortnight later.
The club are planning to partly open the new structure for the match with Bournemouth on Saturday, September 20.
The Hornets then hope to have the whole stand in use for the game against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday, October 4.
The new East Stand looks far from complete but due to its design, can be built quicker than most stadiums.
The structure, which will officially be called The Watford FC Community Stand, will house around 3,400 fans and we believe it has cost the Pozzo family in excess of £3.5m.
