Olympic champion and Watford boxer Anthony Joshua returns to his hometown today for a public workout at intu Watford.
Joshua is looking to land his first professional title on Saturday when he takes on Denis Bakhtov for the WBC International Heavyweight belt at the o2 Arena.
The 24-year-old will begin his work-out at 4pm.
