LONG hours mean high growth for Scotland's SMEs but stress is taking its toll on managers, it was revealed today.
Scots entrepreneurs are clocking up more than 47 hours a week, says a survey into the work life-balance culture of Britain's small business managers by Bank of Scotland Business Banking.
These long hours equate to a staggering 24million extra working weeks' put in collectively each year by the UK's 1.4m small businesses.
