INSURER Norwich Union has released a list of quirky claims submitted by homeowners and drivers in 2006.
In one case a motorist returned to his vehicle to find two horses had "chewed the car".
Another driver's windscreen was shattered when a deer, attracted by the yellow tax disc, headbutted it.
A homeowner's fence was destroyed by escaped bulls and another claimant said a fox chewed up their sandal.
