ENTERPRISE Minister Nicol Stephen has told Scottish companies to look after their staff's health.
More than 1600 firms have joined a programme from the Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives.
Mr Stephen said: "For every £1 invested in promoting health, safety and wellbeing, at least £3.73 can be saved in reduced costs and improved productivity."
He said the programme promoted greater loyalty and stronger commitment from the workforce.
