TOTTENHAM boss Martin Jol has tipped bubbling Bulgar Dimitar Berbatov to stay on the goals trail for the rest of the season after the striker helped knock SC Braga out of the Uefa Cup.

The £10.9million signing scored twice and set up another in a 3-2 win at White Hart Lane, with Spurs winning the last-16 clash 6-4 on aggregate.

It puts the London club into the quarter-finals and although Berbatov is playing with a nagging groin problem, Jol has tipped his hitman to add to his 19 goals this season.

"He did that in Germany when he scored 18 goals after Christmas," said Jol. "When you're as good as him, next year he will score 25 goals probably."

Meanwhile, Newcastle winger James Milner hopes his side are on their toes defensively as they take a 4-2 advantage to Holland for their second leg clash with AZ Alkmaar.

He said: "We can score goals against anyone, the quality we have going forward. Goals can come from all areas as well, it is not just the front men, so that is a good thing.

"We need to keep a clean sheet, but if we could nick one as well early on, that will make our lives a bit easier.

"We know they are a great team, but we have a two-goal cushion."
