Watford Ladies academy have secured back-to-back league titles after winning 2-0 at Barnet & Southgate.
The Lady Hornets, who partnered with West Herts College, have picked up 22 points from an available 24 as well as reaching the finals of the ECFA Premier Cup and ESFA Cup.
And defender Amber Tullett hopes the side can continue their success next term. She told the club website: “This was my first year with the academy, it was pleasing to be part of a great bunch of girls and to win the league with them was a bonus.
“The atmosphere afterwards was brilliant, seeing everyone really happy and proud of themselves was a pleasure to see. It also was a great achievement for the players, coaches and for West Herts College.
“It’s been a successful year and it’s been really good to be a part of it, reaching the cup finals was a fantastic achievement. Hopefully we will carry this on next season.”
Meanwhile, Watford Ladies will be holding open trials for their senior teams later this month.
