Paulinho is the latest out-of-favour Tottenham Hotspur player to be linked with a move to Watford this summer.
The Hornets, according to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, hold an interest in the Brazilian who cost Spurs £17million two seasons ago when he joined the Lilywhites from Corinthians.
The 26-year-old made just three top flight starts for Spurs last term with a further 15 outings come from the bench in a hugely frustrating campaign.
Paulinho is the third Tottenham player Watford are allegedly interested in after the Golden Boys were stated to be tracking Younes Kaboul and Benjamin Stambouli.
