Jose Manuel Jurado has taken to social media website Twitter to reveal he is facing a few weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring injury.
The Spaniard missed the Golden Boys’ draw at Bournemouth 11 days ago with the problem and Hornets head coach Quique Sanchez Flores said after that game the former Atletico Madrid player could be ruled out “for two to three weeks”.
However, is appears Jurado’s injury is set to keep him out of the Watford side for a longer period of time.
He posted an image on Twitter this afternoon of him working in the gym and wrote: “Unfortunately I will be without playing (for) some weeks. Now I'm only focused on my recovery.”
The 29-year-old had featured in all seven of Watford’s Premier League matches until he missed the trip to Bournemouth.
