Former Inter Milan boss Walter Mazzarri is the odds-on favourite to become Watford's new head coach.
Quique Sanchez Flores announced this morning his departure at the end of the season.
Mazzarri has been heavily linked with the job over the last few days and it has been claimed he has already held talks with the Watford board at the club's training ground.
The Italian is as short as 1/10 with Sky Bet to replace Flores at Vicarage Road next season.
Mazzarri has been out of work since being sacked by Inter Milan in November 2014.
But he has reportedly been living in England over the last year and learning the language in a bid to secure his first job in the Premier League.
