Watford are favourites for the first time this season in the Premier League heading into Monday’s trip to Burnley.

The Hornets have won their last two matches and are the 13/8 favourites with Ladbrokes for three points at Turf Moor.

Burnley have only beaten Liverpool this season and are 15/8 (William Hill) to win the match.

The draw is priced up at 9/4 with Betfred and there may be some appeal in backing this with the last four meetings between the sides finishing level.

Two of the last four games have ended 1-1 and this scoreline is available at 11/2 with William Hill.

On balance though, Walter Mazzarri’s side appear to have a stronger team, with a greater goal threat, than their opponents and look worth backing to claim an away victory in the televised clash.

Both teams have scored in every Watford game this season and it is 10/11 (William Hill) for this to continue in the clash.

It is definitely worth supporting the visitors with Burnley also finding the net at a generous 9/2 (Coral).

Etienne Capoue just cannot stop scoring with the midfielder on four goals already in the opening month of the campaign.

There is still some value in backing him to continue this run at 9/2 with Paddy Power on Monday night.
