Steven Finn endured a testing return to the England test side as he failed to take a wicket in a humbling 108-run defeat against Bangaldesh.
The Watford-born seamer bowled just 11 overs across the host’s two innings and finished with figures of 0-48.
The victory represents a landmark moment for Bangladesh as they claimed their first ever test win against one of cricket’s leading nations.
England looked set to claim a comfortable win after making 100 without loss in their second innings.
However, Finn was the last man out as a collapse to 164 all out left Alistair Cook’s men red faced in Dhaka.
Finn and England will now turn their attention to a five match test series against India which starts on Wednesday, November 9.
