Anthony Taylor will take charge of a Watford game for the second time this season when he officiates the Hornets clash with Manchester City.
The 38-year-old ref was the man in the middle for Watford’s season opener, which saw them draw 3-3 in a pulsating clash with Liverpool last month.
On that occasion he brandished three yellow cards and has shown a total of 15 bookings in four outings this season.
The Golden Boys have a less than favourable record in games Taylor has taken charge of, winning just two of the previous nine games he has been referee for.
Last season saw them suffer a 4-0 defeat against Tottenham Hotspur as well as picking up a 3-2 win over Everton in December when Taylor officiated.
