Watford will hope for more of the same when Lee Probert takes charge of them for the third time in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Hornets, who face Burnley at Turf Moor, are yet to concede a top flight goal in a game refereed by Probert, beating Southampton 2-0 earlier this season and Sunderland 1-0 last term.

Probert has often been slow to issuing cards this season, with five of his matches passing by without the 45-year-old resorting to his book.

He has, however, brandished the red card on three occasions in 13 outings in 2017/18 as well as the yellow 22.

He sent off Bournemouth’s Simon Francis in the Cherries 4-0 defeat of Huddersfield last month and his season opener, a League One meeting between Portsmouth and Rochdale, saw both sides reduced to 10.
