Snooker’s unique quick-fire Shoot Out tournament will be staged at the Watford Colosseum for a third consecutive year, and tickets are already on sale.

The event is the sport’s fast and furious alternative format, with all matches lasting a maximum of ten minutes. A shot clock of 15 second runs for the first five minutes and ten seconds for the last five, ensuring a stream of non-stop drama over the four days. Next year’s tournament will run from February 21 to 24.

There’s a special World Cup offer of just £10 for all day tickets for the first two days, so fans of the green baize are urged to book quickly to take advantage.

The world ranking event starts with 128 players in a flat draw, all needing to win seven matches to take the trophy.

This year’s final saw Michael Georgiou win his first ranking title by edging out Graeme Dott in the closing seconds. Also among the field were high-profile names including Shaun Murphy, Barry Hawkins, Jimmy White and world champion Mark Williams.

The World Cup Offer gives fans the chance to buy all-day tickets for the first two days of the tournament (Thursday, February 21 and Friday, February 22) for just £10. And with 32 matches on each of those days, the half-price offer is good value for money to see many of the sport’s top stars.

This offer only runs until the end of the football World Cup on Sunday, July 15. And a limited number of tickets at this discounted price are available, so fans are encouraged to book fast.

All-day tickets for the final day on Sunday, February 24 are priced £40, and there’s also an Event Pass available which gives access to every session of the whole tournament for just £90.

The tournament will be televised by Eurosport and Quest for the first time.
