Watford’s first away game of the season at Burnley has been moved back after Sean Dyche’s side progressed to the third qualifying round of the Europa League.
The trip to Turf Moor will now take place on Sunday, August 19 and with an earlier kick-off time of 1.30pm.
The Clarets needed extra-time to get the better of Scottish Premiership runners-up Aberdeen last night after the second leg had finished 1-1 after 90 minutes.
With the sides locked at 1-1 after the first leg, Chris Wood gave Burnley an early aggregate lead in the sixth minute.
But the Dons, for whom Hornets loanee Tommie Hoban played 88 minutes, levelled 20 minutes later through Lewis Ferguson’s superb overhead kick.
Neither team could find the net again in normal time, but goals in the additional half-an-hour from Jack Cork and an Ashley Barnes penalty secured Burnley a clash with Istanbul Basaksehir in the next round.
