Watford's out-on-loan winger Ken Sema has qualified for Euro 2020 with Sweden after they beat Romania 2-0 on Friday evening.
Sema sat on the bench and watched as his nation qualified, finishing as Group F runners up behind Spain. They will host the Faroe Islands in their final fixture on Monday.
Their celebrations were marred when the match had to be temporarily stopped after striker Alexander Isak was subjected to racist abuse from the home supporters.
The Real Sociedad player received abuse when he was brought on as a substitute in the 78th-minute.
The player agreed to keep playing following a stadium announcement - the first stage of Uefa's three-step protocol.
"Obviously it hurts, it's a shame, but we were prepared for it," said Isak after the game.
"I heard a number of racist shouts from the stands and I asked the referee if he heard what was happening. He hadn't heard anything.
"A few minutes later he stopped the game and asked. We had a small discussion, the match went on and I am OK with that and I'm happy we won.
"I don't let things like that affect me in that way. It's better to ignore it. There will always be idiots around, it's better not to give them the attention they are looking for."
