Aidy Boothyroyd has been linked with the vacant manager's position at Motherwell.
The former Hornets boss is reported to have held talks with Motherwell owner John Boyle about the post following the departure of Mark McGhee to Aberdeen.
Boothroyd joins Lawrie Sanchez, Steve Staunton and Jim Gannon on the shortlist of names to take over at Fir Park.
Last week, Boothroyd became one of the favourites to be named as West Bromich Albion's next manager.
