Rene Gilmartin’s loan at Yeovil Town has been extended by a further month, while young Watford midfielder Chez Isaac has joined Tamworth.
Despite dislocating his finger in the run-up to Christmas, Gilmartin was able to rejoin the League One side in time for the festive programme and will now spend a further month with the Glovers.
Isaac has also been on loan, at Blue Square South Boreham Wood, but will now play a division higher in the Conference Premier for Tamworth after an initial one-month deal was agreed.
However, the 19-year-old cannot play in his new club’s FA Cup third round trip to Everton next weekend as he is cup tied.
