Watford youngster Smith sent off in Wealdstone's FA Trophy win

Watford midfielder Connor Smith was sent off during Wealdstone's shock 1-0 FA Trophy win over Dartford last night.

The 19-year-old was the second Stones player to be dismissed after he was shown a red card in the second half for a challenge on Lee Noble.

Lee Chappell's first-half goal fired the Stones into a quarter-final meeting with Cambridge United this weekend.

Wealdstone boss Gordon Bartlett said: "I thought the red for Connor was very harsh. We felt he won the ball.”
