Talented Parmiter’s footballer Amber Tullett has been selected to represent England Schoolgirls at Under-15 level in the forthcoming Bob Docherty Trophy international football tournament.
The year nine student was chosen from more than 150 girls that were nominated for trials across the country.
Amber’s final trial phase was playing in a southern representative side against a northern representative side and the left back clearly did enough to impress as she was chosen in the final squad of 18.
Tullet said she is looking forward to the future and hopes to emulate a fellow women’s footballer from Watford.
“I’m particularly grateful to my dad who first taught me to play and has been very supportive. My ambition for the future is to be as good as Kelly Smith, the former Arsenal Ladies player.”
