Watford fans will be delighted to hear highly-rated midfielder Sean Murray has signed a new contract with the club which will run until 2015.
Murray had a year left on his initial professional contract, which he agreed before his 17th birthday, but the club have moved quickly to secure the player's future with a new three-year deal.
The 18-year-old is still a second-year scholar and before he signed his initial pro deal was wanted by Premier League side Manchester City.
Murray, who was born in Watford and grew up in the area, has showed his potential in the Championship this year and has scored five goals in his last seven games, despite playing in midfield.
