The Watford Observer understands Hornets goalkeeper Scott Loach will have a medical at Portman Road today ahead of a permanent move to Ipswich Town.
Last night we revealed Loach was set to leave Watford and despite reports today claiming Blackburn Rovers were trying to hijack the move, we understand the player will have a medical with Ipswich later today.
Loach is an Ipswich fan and we understand he will sign a long-term contract with the Tractor Boys.
