Taekwondo instructor Michael King handed gold award

Taekwondo instructor Michael King has been presented with a gold award for his outstanding contribution to the development of the World Taekwondo Federation in the UK.

King, who runs a taekwondo club at the West Herts college, is a sixth dan black belt kukkiwon and has been training in the sport for over forty years.

The classes at West Herst are held every Thursday and run from 7pm to 9pm.
