Ball to be held at Vicarage Road in honour of Steve Brister
Loyal Watford fan Steve Brister, who tragically lost his battle with cancer two years ago, is set to be honoured at a charity ball to be held at Vicarage Road Stadium.
Steve, a popular figure amongst the Watford faithful, fought cancer courageously and in doing so helped raise in excess of £10,000 for the charity Brain Tumour Buddies.
On Saturday, September 22 a ball will be hosted by Steve’s widow Jackie Brister and BT Buddies founder Natalya Jagger at the Hornets stadium.
A few Watford players are expected to be among the guests, all of whom will be dressed in yellow ties and ball gowns.
BT Buddies founder Natalya added: "I got to know Steve personally through my charity and it's great to be able to do something to honour such an amazing man as we come up to the second anniversary of his passing."
Tickets are priced at £30 per person for the event which will include a drinks reception, three-course meal, raffle and an auction, which includes autographed Watford FC items.
It promises to be a special night. For further information or to book tickets, contact Natalya Jagger on 01688 302168, 07953 418324 or yellowball@btbuddies.org.uk
