No , it was more than that. I speak to the players after every game. Never seen either of those be so angry. The way the players were sitting on the coach said it all.....Udinese at the back..."our" players at the front.....its a split camp .Still never mind , we can loan our way to the premiership.

Peter, TBH I think you'll find that mostly the people saying "stay away" and "good riddance" are doing so in angry response to postings that say, "this isn't my good old, small Watford any more, so I'm not going to support the club". It's a natural angry response because real supporters wouldn't say that, especially not at a time of genuine change, like now.

As for Tiny, well he made the correct decision for himself, as professional do these days. Im sure that, Watford supportsers being what they are, he'll get a warm reception back at The Vic for his services in the past couple of years.

The EJ/GT era was awesome, no doubting that. HOWEVER that sort of ethos at a club will not get you to the PL anymore. The world of football has changed and if we dont evolve we will be left behind. We simply are not a big enough club to survive in the top 2 leagues long term without changing. Its a brave new world out there and although I would love to hear what GT has to say, its not going to make any difference.
