Watford striker Troy Deeney to hold talks with head coach Gianfranco Zola later this week following his release from prison.
Deeney was sentenced to ten months in prison for affray on June 25 but has today been released.
Using micro-blogging site Twitter, Deeney said: "Just to confirm to everybody I have been released from jail. Thanks for all your good and bad messages, will reply to as many as I can."
Deeney released a statement apologising to Watford's supporters and team-mates two weeks ago and the club subsequently confirmed they would be retaining the striker's services.
The club subsequently released a statement confirming Deeney would hold talks with Zola and other senior members of staff later this week.
