Watford fan Steven Finn took a catch Hornets goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes would have been proud of to help England to a 93-run win over Australia in their third One Day International at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
Finn, a former Parmiter’s School pupil, took a stunning catch to pouch captain Steven Smith, diving full-length to halt the Aussie batsman on 25.
The Middlesex bowler had to share the fielding limelight with Surrey’s Jason Roy, though, after he plucked an Ashton Agar shot out the sky in similarly agile fashion.
England, inspired by James Taylor (101), Roy (63) and skipper Eoin Morgan (62), had posted 300 for eight after winning the toss.

Finn, two for 43 off eight overs, then helped dismiss the tourists for 207 with Moeen Ali (three for 32) returning the best figures.
Australia lead the series 2-1 with two games remaining, with Finn having taken nought for 41 and two for 55 in the first two matches.
