Radlett will begin their quest for an unprecedented third successive Watford Observer Fourteen14 Shield triumph with a trip to the winners of the first round tie between Aldenham School and Bushey.

The draw for the first two rounds of the area’s premier limited overs competition was made this lunchtime and other highlights see Abbots Langley, who have lost the last two finals, host Leverstock Green B in the second round while Watford Grammar School for Boys – who have won the secondary Plate event in three of the last four years – will entertain Langleybury A if they can get past Watford Town B.
