Radlett’s hopes of lifting the Home Counties League title are diminishing rapidly after they went down by 23 runs against Tring Park.
Set 263 to win by their Hertfordshire rivals on Saturday, openers Kabir Toor (50) and Felix Walker (92) both made half-centuries, but captain Shane Burger (45) apart, no other batsman made a decent total and the Cobden Hill side were dismissed for 239.
The defeat sees Radlett slip to fifth in the Division One table, 26 points behind leaders Oxford with just two matches to play.
