Radlett paid the price for a poor batting display as their disappointing start to the Home Counties Premier League season continued against Banbury.
Only opener Leo Sandino-Taylor (29), Mike Crocker (15) and Paul Barker (12) made it into double figures as the home side were dismissed for just 96 in Saturday’s Division One contest.
Banbury though, were made to work hard for their victory as Heath Paynter (two for 14) and Sandino-Taylor (two for seven) both enjoyed productive spells with the ball before they got home for the loss of six wickets.
West Herts are also still searching for their first win in Division Two East, although they held Bishop’s Stortford to a draw at the weekend.
The home side amassed 280 for four, with Eddie Ballard hitting an undefeated 116, while in reply the Stags finished 64 runs shy of the target with three wickets remaining.
Opener Alastair Lewis hit 73, but it was former skipper Matt Smith who top-scored with 91 from just 110 deliveries.
Elsewhere, Hemel Hempstead went down to a seven-wicket defeat at Harpenden.
