BJ Christie put Berko ahead with a powerful effort, before Ed Canham doubled the Comrades’ lead. Dan Millard scored Colney’s consolation strike.
Berkhamsted visit Hillingdon Borough tomorrow, before travelling to St Margaretsbury on Tuesday.
Tring Athletic will make the short trip to Ampthill Town in round two of the FA Vase after dispatching with Enfield 1893 4-0 on Saturday.
A brace from Christopher Vardy was added to by efforts from Sam Jolliffe and Greg Deer.
Tring do not have another fixture until Saturday, November 15, when they make the trip to St Margaretsbury.
Leverstock Green have not played this week but host Stotfold on Tuesday in the Premier Division
