Watford gymnast Ondine Achampong won gold and helped the East team finish first at the British Gymnastics Age Group Championships on Saturday.
Competing in the Level Three group at the championships, the Sapphire member scored 51.90 to win the individual gold and help the East term finish in first place overall.
