Reed Rangers advanced to the quarter-finals with a 3-2 win over Hitchin League side Kingsleys.

Goals from George Hobson, Adam Cressweller and Karl Penney sealed Rangers’ progress and they will now face an away tie in February, though their opponents are undecided.

Tudor Arms needed penalties to overcome Hemel Hempstead League side Jam United after a 3-3 draw.

Herts Sunday Junior Cup Round Five

Sun Postal Sports eased into the next round with a convincing 6-2 win over Old Pond Athletic Reserves.

Braces from Sam Hakner, Louis Haker and Luke Peerless set up a home tie against Radlett Village in the last eight.

WSFL Intermediate Cup Round Two

Croxley FC made light work of Hammer, winning 6-2 to claim their place in round three.

The goals were scored by Joe Mistreta (2), Jack Waldron (2), Aaron Farrell and Alfie Barrett.

Premier Division

In the division’s only fixture, Oxhey Estates began 2015 in the right fashion, beating Rifle Volunteer 2-0.

Rob Byron and Sammy Lloyd were both on target, with three points moving Oxhey up to second spot, two points shy of the leaders.

Division One

Draw specialists Chorleywood Club did exactly that, sharing six goals with Rickmansworth Rovers.

James Roach, Charlie Munro and an own goal were the Chorleywood scorers, with James Budden (2) and Will Hall replying for Rovers.

Division Two

Met Police (Bushey) trounced RD FC 9-1, with Dan Branch grabbing a hat-trick.

Rob Gradwell (2), Richard Taylor (2), Ashley Shanahan and Steve Smyley also hit the target.

Oxhey Lions closed the gap on leaders Amici to one points with a 5-4 success over Colne Valley.

Liam Hanley struck twice, with Ben Woodman, Joe Murphy and an own goal sealing the points. Dave Rooney (2), Karl Booth and Dan Dyson hit back for Colne.

Amici are still top of the pile after being held to a 1-1 draw with West Herts Reserves.

Chris Coleman found the back of the net for Amici, with Ashley Bridewell notching for the Stags.

Rifle Volunteer Reserves beat Langleybury Cricket Club 3-2, with Hugh Trayte scoring a brace. Greg Cook and Matt Honey netted consolations for Langleybury.

Division Three

Sun Postal United took another step towards safety with a 1-0 win over Dome Bar Area, Aziz Akmal the scorer.

Woodlands United surprised third-placed Oxhey Rangers with a 3-2 victory.

A double from Steve Lawrence and one from Michael Woodcraft cancelled out efforts from Richard McCrossan and Connor Murphy.

Division Four

Wellington Arms were in a ruthless mood as they dispatched with Garston United 10-0.

Mark Coffey helped himself to a hat-trick, whilst Dan Furey (2), Tom Binbashi (2), Simeon Armstrong (2) and Ross Shorto also netted.

Evergreen Reserves claimed a comprehensive 6-2 win over Hertsmere (Sunday).

Stuart Henderson bagged a treble, with Aleks Jokiel, Dan Jones and Callum Rimmer helping complete the rout. Michael Adyemi and Marcus Mingal got the Hertsmere goals.
