Tudor Arms were beaten 5-2 by London Road to end their interest in this year’s County Cup.

WSFL Junior Cup Quarter-Finals

In an exciting game between two good Division Three sides, AFC Oddfellows got the better of Carpenders Park Rangers to win 4-3 and reach the semi-finals.

Connor Flanagan starred for Oddfellows, scoring all four goals. Andy Avis netted twice for Rangers, with Abbas Kahn also scoring.

North Watford enjoyed a comfortable 5-0 win against Division Three rivals Oxhey Rangers, with Shoab Ali hitting a treble.

Dion Bell and Mansoor Ali completed the scoring.

Premier Division 

Oxhey Estates crushed Gadeside Rangers 4-0 to go top once more and lead Oakview by a point.

John Danslow, John McGeachey, Chris Killer and Paul Wyard were all on target for Oxhey.

West Herts claimed a 1-1 draw against Mill End Sports thanks to a penalty save from an outfield player.

Without a goalkeeper, West Herts forward Daniel Strachinaru volunteered to go between the posts.

Merrick Cook gave Mill End the lead but the Stags soon levelled with a fine free kick from Attila Fetteke.

Strachinaru proved the hero, saving a Mill End penalty to preserve a point.

Division One

Rickmansworth Rovers remain second after easing past Croxley FC 3-1.

James Budden (2) and Glen Cook got the goals, with Jack Waldron replying for Croxley.

Old Fullerians are still in the chase after they saw off Cassiobury Rangers 5-2.

Joe Rylett (2), Steve Pich (2), Mark Ferguson and Joe Mortimer were the Rangers scorers.

Hammer still have an outside chance of promotion after a 2-1 triumph over Chorleywood Club.

Chris Well and Michael Haynes cancelled out Michael East’s effort. Hammer have three games in hand over those above them.

Division Two

Leaders Amici FC mercilessly dispatched RD FC 8-1, with Chris Coleman bagging four.

Craig Gorrie (2), Brad Thompson and Greg Usher were also on target, with Jake Levy replying for RD.

Second-placed Oxhey Lions enjoyed a 2-0 home win against Langleybury Cricket Club thanks to goals from Ryan King and Trafford Nolan.

Third-placed Met Police (Bushey) beat bottom club Rickmansworth Athletic 3-1; Richard Taylor (2) and Dan Branch doing the damage.

West Herts Reserves, in fourth, eked out a 3-2 win at Croxley FC Reserves.

Chris Blunden notched twice and Ashley Bridewell once. Dan Pippin and Jason Quilley scored for Croxley.

Colne Valley cruised past Rifle Volunteer Reserves 4-1, with Dave Rooney helping himself to three.

Shaun Moody got the fourth, with Hugh Trayte notching the consolation.

Division Three

Leaders West Watford and third-placed Dome Bar Area drew 4-4 in a thrilling contest.

Bilal Akram grabbed a treble for West Watford, with Akhil Ahmed the other scorer. Hayden Smith (2), Angelo Napolitano and Josh Shaw replied for Dome Bar.

Racing Santandome recorded their first draw of the season, 1-1 with Sun Postal United.

Adam Riccitelli scored for Racing and Ali John replied for Sun Postal.

Sixth-placed Woodlands United thumped Railway Arms 7-1.

Star man Craig Hepworth scored four times, with Mickey Hooker (2) and Marcus Evans also on target. Mohamed Salman netted for Railway.

Division Four

Table-toppers Sun Postal Sports took Hertsmere (Sunday) apart, winning 7-2.

Luke Peerless snatched four, with Sam Hakner scoring twice and Luke Frey also registering. Marcus Mingel and John James were the Hertsmere goalscorers.

Second-placed Wellington Arms were shocked by fifth-placed The Swan, losing 3-2.

Leo Kokaj (2) and Danny Brennan notched for Swan; Simeon Armstrong and Tom Binbashi hitting back for Wellington.

Garston United picked up just their second point of the season from an enthralling 3-3 draw with Green Dragon Reserves.

Scott Bain, Martin Ball and Paul Chesser were on target for Green Dragon, with Matt Carpender, Lawrence Brown and Johnny Basey the Garston marksmen.

Bell Rangers leapfrogged Evergreen Reserves into third with a 2-1 victory.

Jack Halccomb and James Alexander were the scorers for Bell, with Aleks Jokiel offering some resistance.

Terry Devereuex WSFL President’s Cup Group A

Oakview were in no mood for a cup upset, beating Nascot Arms 8-1 thanks to seven first-half goals.

Lewis Putnam and Tim O’Mara each scored twice, with Ben Alexander, Tom Kennedy, Owen Deamer and Nadim Akjhtar all piling on the misery for Nascot, who got some scant consolation through Joe Cheshire’s effort.

Terry Devereux WSFL President’s Cup Group B

St Josephs won 3-1 away to Rifle Volunteer thanks to a Jack Garrett hat-trick.

Terry Cooper scored for Rifle but both teams look set to advance to the last four.
