Sargent wins Little Hay senior stableford
Trevor Sargent, Little Hay Golf Club captain has won the February Senior's stableford medal.
An impressive score of 42 points was enough for Sargent to triumph, with John Redgwell (39 points) in second and Peter Abbiss (38 points) on third following a countback.
The junior's February stableford Medal was won by Will Butler with an outstanding 46 points. Craig Walker was in second place with 42 points and third as Luke Wrathall with 41 points.
Meanwhile, Emma Shepherd scored a memorable hole in one on the 14th hole. Nigel Hopkinson won the Alan Irwin Shield with 41 points on Saturday.
Patrick Ashton was second with 40 points on countback and club Captain Mick Whelan was third with 40 point too.
