Belstone's Premier Division title charge continued apace on Saturday as they breezed past Letchworth Garden City Eagles 2-0.
A brace from the league’s 23-goal top-scorer Darren Turner secured the victory for Belstone, who are level on points with second-placed Bovingdon with five games in hand.
Bovingdon continue to willfully give chase, easing past Wormley Rovers 3-0 to keep up the pressure.
Lee Bircham, Joseph Slade and Ben Davis scored the goals to seal a comfortable margin of victory.
Sarratt made light work of Bushey Sports Club, cantering to a 3-0 home win.
The points were made safe by a brace from Mark Shanahan and a single from Shaun Banham.
Chipperfield Corinthians’ struggles continue after they were beaten 2-1 at Hatfield Social.
Alexander Poole got the goal for Chipperfield but it was no more than a consolation.
Mill End Sports had a week to forget, losing 5-1 at Wormley Rovers on Tuesday following a 5-0 defeat at Hertford Heath on Saturday.
In Division One, league-leaders Evergreen moved three points closer to the title by beating Hampstead Heath 2-1.
Krasimir Makaveev and Ashley Toomey were both on target for Evergreen.
The County League is encouraging clubs in Hertfordshire to get in touch with a view to joining for the 2015/16 season.
