Garston Ladies 96 FC cruised to a 7-2 win over Royston Town in the Beds & Herts Women's League after five goals from Lauren Berryman.
Cassandra Chase and Natalie Powell were also on target for the victors.
Garston Under-17s thrashed Toddington Rovers 11-1 away.
Leah Crocket and Jade Roberts each netted a hat-trick while Kristal Clarke bagged a brace. Berryman, Hannah Burt and Lilly Clarke were also on target.
The Under-15s drew 3-3 with Evergreen after a hat-trick fromYasmin Sabri.
Garston Under-14 Panthers progressed to the next round of the Herts Challenge Cup after their 5-1 win over Bury Rangers.
Georgia McGurk levelled the score before Rheia Caton’s second-half hat-trick helped send them through.
Garston Under-13 Lionesses won 8-1 at Harpenden Colts in their first cup match of the season.
Sharday Constable scored a penalty before goals from Paige Andrews (2), Harley Carr, Daniella Roberts, Claudia Bulow and Sarah O’Brien fired them to victory.
The Under-13 Tigers lost 6-4 to Herts Girls after extra time. Garston Under-21 Jaguars were beaten 5-2 by Harvesters.
But the Leopards beat Watford Ladies Harts 6-0 with four goals from Jeneice Benjamin.
The Under-12 Wildcats lost 8-2 to St Albans South.
