Fullerians secured a sixth consecutive victory to progress to the fourth round of the Intermediate Cup with a 27-7 victory away at Enfield.

The visitors came out on top in Saturday’s match thanks to four well-worked tries and assistant coach David Neale said: “We were slow out of the blocks today but got going in the second half and well deserved our win today to progress to the next round.”

Fullers began to dominate the collisions early on and were rewarded with a try by second row Sam Perry following good work by his side’s pack.

Their lead was extended with a penalty kick by full back Dan Evans after the home side continued to be penalised at the breakdown.

Enfield got back in the match with a well-worked try which was converted.

Fullers responded before the break with scrum half Max Rawlinson going over for another score only for the referee to adjudge he was held up on the line.

The second half saw Fullers begin to dominate.

They moved the ball around and Enfield could not match the physicality or width of their opponents.

Centre Liam Mann went over for the second try of the match after a quick tap penalty.

His centre partner Craig Duncan then went over for the third after an offload by wing Kane O’Shea.

Evans added the extras to enhanced Fullers' lead.

The scoring was finished off by winger O’Shea after the Enfield defence was stretched thin from one touchline to another.

Fullers’ last defeat came at the hands of London Two North West title rivals Hammersmith & Fulham on December 12 and The Watford side are will now look to strengthen their position at the top of the table at home to eighth-placed Woodford tomorrow.
