Garston Ladies’ Under-12 Tigers were confirmed as Herts Girls Partnership League Division One champions at the weekend following a 8-0 thrashing of Tottenham.

The Tigers boast the league’s top three scorers and all of them got on the scoresheet in the win.

Jessica Dyson bagged four and Isabel Taylor Makepeace and Millie Tugby both scored twice.

The side were back in action on Tuesday night and just edged out their opponents Harvesters in a 4-3 scoreline.

However, the Under-18s did not have the same luck against the same club after they fell to a 5-1 defeat.

After being hit for four before the break, the Garston girls pulled one back in the second as Abby Mason struck from 40-yards out.

The Under-16s had better luck against Harvesters, beating the St Albans outfit 4-0.

Yasmin Sabri bagged a hat-trick before Ore Jacobi scored in the final minutes.

After being 1-0 down at half-time, the Under-15 Pumas stormed to a 5-1 win at St Albans City, earning themselves a place in the League Shield final.

Ruby Jager, Abbie Lafayette, Libby Poster and Abby Reith scored the goals for the home side.

In their League Cup semi-final the Under-14 Lionesses fell to a 2-0 defeat to the County Cup Champions St Albans City.

Despite only being able to field 10 players in their midweek game against Harvesters, Georgia Rosenberg scored twice to give them the 2-0 victory.

And the Under-12 Panthers defeated Potters Bar Crusaders 2-0.
