Watford Haidery B swept past the spirited challenge of Kendal Albion last night to reach the Watford Observer Plate final.
Saad Sadat (76) and Nassar Hussain (71) contributed the bulk of Haidery's target of 218 for the loss of four wickets, a total which prove to be too big an ask for Albion.
In reply, they could only muster 158 for seven from their 14 eight ball overs at Langleybury Cricket Club with Mick Mernagh top scoring with 87 not out.
Haidery will face the winners of tonight's other semi final between Leverstock Green and Aldenham in the final at Met Police Sports Club on July 15.
