Watford’s board are to face a vote of no confidence and demands for their immediate resignation at an Emergency General Meeting to be held this morning.
The vote of no confidence in the board is one of many subjects being covered at the meeting, which is currently being held in the Rous Stand at Vicarage Road.
The club’s current financial position and the directors’ remuneration are also being discussed.
The resolution has been called by Valley Grown Salads, the company of former Hornets directors Jimmy and Vince Russo.
The press are not allowed to attend the meeting but Watford Observer’s sports editor Anthony Matthews is a shareholder so he will be reporting on the EGM.
