Two goals apiece from James Holliday and Daniel Webster saw West Herts claim an impressive 4-2 victory over rivals St Albans.
Looking to avenge their defeat from earlier in the campaign, West Herts made a bright start and took a second minute lead when Holliday netted from close range.
They were pegged back straight away though when a deflection saw the ball fall kindly for the St Albans forward to level, but the advantage was restored before the break.
Webster put them back in front from a penalty corner before Holliday made it a two goal lead when he added a third.
St Albans enjoyed a lot of possession in the second half and duly pulled one back from a penalty corner, but Webster made sure of the victory as he netted again from the spot.
