New Saracens director of rugby Brendan Venter will begin his spell at the club with a season opener against former side London Irish.
The Men in Black take on last year's Guinness Premiership finalists at Twickenham in the London double header on Saturday, September 5.
Sarries' first game at Vicarage Road is the following weekend against Northampton Saints.
A trip to Harlequins is next up before returning home to face Gloucester.
Saracens have a difficult end to the season when they travel to Welford Road to face champions Leicester Tigers.
