Flanker leaves Vicarage Road

Saracens flanker Dave Seymour has been released by the club.
The 24-year-old played 11 times for the Guinness Premiership side last season and was unable to hold down a regular spot in the side.
Seymour joined the Men in Black in 2003 from Chinnor and made 105 appearances.
Meanwhile, former Scotland international fly half Gordon Ross has also left Sarries.
