Carlos Nieto ruled out with ankle injury after Saracens' win over Warriors

Saracens prop Carlos Nieto faces a battle to save his career after fracturing his ankle against Worcester Warriors at Wembley on Saturday.
The 33-year-old Italian forward, who underwent surgery yesterday, has fractured his fibula, dislocated his ankle and ruptured ankle ligaments. Nieto came on in the second half and was shown the yellow card for a scrum offence before he suffered his injury.
Sarries' director of rugby Brendan Venter said: "This is disappointing news for us all, but we will look after Carlos and his family over the coming months of recovery."
