Brendan Venter has backed his side to earn their first ever win at Adams Park this weekend.
Saracens have a dreadful record at London Wasps where they have lost on each of their six trips to Wycombe but Venter is confident his team can put that right on Sunday afternoon.
Sarries' director of rugby Venter also claims his players will not be affected by the club's history at the ground because so many of them are playing their first season in the Guinness Premiership.
Venter said: "There have been so many firsts for Saracens this year so this would be a nice first as well. But for us, this is a new team with very little baggage. I'm sure if you went through the team you'd realise very few of the people have even played at Adams Park.
"Ethienne Reynecke wouldn't have played there, Hayden Smith, Ernst Joubert and Derick haven't either so half the team hasn't played there and don’t even know where Adams Park is.
"If we've got ambitions to win the Premiership then we must beat everybody, so we must be able to beat Wasps away from home. It's as simple as that. We don't even look at the bigger picture. Wasps is a certain challenge for us on the weekend and we know what we need to do to beat them. The guys are going to go out there and give it a good bash."
Reynecke returns to the side at hooker in place of Schalk Brits and Derick Hougaard slots in at fly half with Glen Jackson rested. Noah Cato also gets a rare start with memories from last season when the wing scored twice in Wycombe.
"Wasps are a good side," Venter said. "They have a great pedigree and tradition of success and winning trophies. This is because they play with a lot of intensity so they are a good rugby side. We're going to have to play well to beat them."
